Lorrie and her husband, Steve, have one daughter, and a Treeing Walker Hound.

EDUCATION

Lorrie attended Mitchell Community College in Statesville, NC.

AGENT EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Lorrie went to work in the insurance field in 1989 with Barker Insurance Agency, a family owned business. Ten years later, the Agency merged with Nationwide Insurance. Lorrie was awarded her CISR designation in 2007, and in 2015 completed her Manufactured Home Specialist Designation through Foremost Insurance.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

Over the years Lorrie has been involved in several community organizations including Relay for Life and SCAN.

HOBBIES

Lorrie loves singing, gardening, cooking, going to the gym, and hiking, but most important, spending time with family and friends.
