Personal Lines Producer

A Personal Lines Sales Associate will fuel premium growth for our agency by meeting or exceeding agency and individual sales and premium growth goals. With the coordination of support staff, the associate will also build strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and retain premium within the associate’s assigned book. The associate should diligently identify and solicit sales prospects from a network they develop in order to provide a steady source of new premium coming to the agency. The associate upholds the agency's reputation by always exemplifying a professional manner of conducting business in dealings with clients, staff, carriers, and the community.

Customer Support Specialist

The primary function of the Customer Service Representative position is to assist customers with any items such as changes, questions, payments, etc., pertaining to their policy. This position works as team with an assigned sales associate with the goal of growing new and maintaining current premium within their assigned book of business. CSR’s uphold the agency's reputation by always exemplifying a professional manner of conducting business in dealings with clients, staff, carriers and the community.

Commercial Lines Producer
