I was raised here in NC and now I'm so happy to be living here and raising my own family.  I'm married & we have two children (Charlie & Maggie), along with one fur baby (Lucy - dog!)

EDUCATION

Graduated from Appalachian State University (Go Mountaineers!) with a Bachelors Degree in Communications

AGENT EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

I started with the agency in 2010 working the front desk, then after a year or two I moved to home & auto sales.  After doing that for a few years, I slowly started to dabble in Commercial Insurance and eventually found my real passion there!  In 2017, I moved to a full-time Commercial sales associate and I've never looked back.  I got my CLCS license (Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist) back in 2018 and in 2020 I obtained my TRA license (Trusted Risk Advisor).  As the New Business Coordinator, I now work closely between the agents and our carriers to make sure we're finding the best coverages and prices we can for business owners.

COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES

Throughout college I was heavily involved in the American Red Cross (I was even awarded the National Award of Merit which I'm very proud of!).  I have also been involved with the National Bone Marrow Registry, and now the Ronald McDonald House.

HOBBIES

Anything outdoors that entertains small children!  We also love traveling back to England to visit my husband's family. I love all things warm weather - the beach, the pool, sand...any of it!
